Senior Network Engineer

<p></p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p><em>We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage corporate office network infrastructure supporting Coupang’s global operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of network environments while collaborating closely with Security, IT Infrastructure, and End-User Technology teams.<br>The position involves network deployment, operations support, performance optimization, and advanced troubleshooting to maintain a reliable and efficient network experience across all corporate locations.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Design, deploy, and support scalable and resilient network infrastructure for corporate offices<br>Implement and manage enterprise Wi‑Fi solutions to ensure optimal user experience<br>Manage and support WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and network interconnectivity for seamless connectivity<br>Proactively monitor network health and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues<br>Provide support for site-level network incidents and user-impacting issues<br>Generate periodic operational and performance reports<br>Manage incident, change, and capacity planning processes<br>Support office expansions, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades<br>Collaborate with Infrastructure, End-User Technology, and Unified Communications teams<br>Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of site networks</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field<br>Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSA, or equivalent<br>5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and support<br>Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts<br>Hands-on experience with Cisco Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and ISE<br>Working knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls<br>Solid understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control<br>Strong network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</p> <p>Business level communication in both Japanese and English</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Experience working in multinational corporate environments<br>Ability to operate effectively in high-paced, cross-cultural settings<br>Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>採用プロセス</strong></p> <p>書類選考 → 電話／Zoom面接 → オンサイト（またはオンライン）面接 → 内定<br>※職種や状況により、プロセスが変更される場合があります。<br>※面接日程や結果は、応募時にご提出いただいたメールアドレス宛にご連絡いたします。</p> <p><strong>勤務条件</strong></p> <ul> <li>雇用形態：正社員</li> <li>試用期間：あり（期間・条件は別途通知）</li> <li>その他の詳細：ご応募後、別途ご案内いたします。</li> </ul> <p></p>
