You operate between day-to-day operations and the implementation of new solutions: you analyze and resolve incidents, optimize existing environments, and support changes as well as rollouts. You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring consistent standards and a high level of availability and performance across our systems.<br></span></span></p> <h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="afc2hl" data-start="666" data-end="762">You ensure a stable, secure, and high-performing network operation across multiple locations</li> <li data-section-id="1x7fhtb" data-start="763" data-end="958">You design, implement, and continuously improve our network architecture (LAN, WAN, WLAN) as well as secure access solutions for users, sites, and cloud environments (e g remote access, SASE)</li> <li data-section-id="l2j53f" data-start="959" data-end="1098">You are responsible for the operation, optimization, and lifecycle management of our network environment (switches, routers, firewalls)</li> <li data-section-id="xguv8m" data-start="1099" data-end="1190">You analyze network incidents and resolve them sustainably in 2nd and 3rd level support</li> <li data-section-id="epya1l" data-start="1191" data-end="1283">You proactively monitor network performance, optimize systems, and plan capacities ahead</li> <li data-section-id="1ppuck5" data-start="1284" data-end="1381">You contribute to the definition and establishment of network standards and security policies</li> <li data-section-id="1stvji1" data-start="1382" data-end="1508">You maintain and further develop technical documentation and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners</li> </ul> <h3>Your experience &amp; skills</h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="13efcbz" data-start="1537" data-end="1807">You have a degree or vocational training in computer science, network engineering, or a comparable qualification and bring solid experience in operating and developing network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WLAN) as well as knowledge of modern access concepts (e g SASE)</li> <li data-section-id="yb2rqn" data-start="1808" data-end="1909">You have strong knowledge of TCP/IP and solid experience in routing and switching (e g VLAN, STP)</li> <li data-section-id="qwcbxa" data-start="1910" data-end="2046">You have experience operating and configuring network and security solutions, ideally with Cisco (especially Meraki) and Check Point</li> <li data-section-id="rrhggp" data-start="2047" data-end="2161">You have a strong understanding of network security concepts (e g access control, segmentation, policy design)</li> <li data-section-id="18blmol" data-start="2162" data-end="2294">You are experienced in troubleshooting complex network environments and working with monitoring and analysis tools (e g Checkmk)</li> <li data-section-id="s0hn5i" data-start="2295" data-end="2371">Ideally, you have experience in OT (Operational Technology) environments</li> <li data-section-id="14sxx41" data-start="2372" data-end="2489">You work in a structured and analytical way, are a team player, and communicate confidently in German and English</li> </ul> <h3>Why choose us?</h3> <p>Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
