<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role </strong>We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented individual to join our team as a <strong>New Business Manager</strong>. This role is designed for professionals who are eager to build, learn, and accelerate their careers in a high-performance environment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will play a critical role in driving net-new revenue by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities with leading brands. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear path for growth within the organization.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Qualify prospects by understanding business objectives, challenges, and marketing needs</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across prospective accounts</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement to progress opportunities</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Pitch Leadership & RFP Execution</strong></span></li>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead end-to-end pitch development and presentation for small to mid-sized opportunities, including building strategic narratives, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and delivering client-facing presentations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Revenue Enablement to develop compelling, insight-driven proposals and materials</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support senior sales leadership on large, enterprise-level pitches, contributing to strategy, materials, and preparation</span></li>
</ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Deal Support & Execution</strong></span></li>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own deal progression for small to mid-sized opportunities from initial engagement through close</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support pricing, scoping, and proposal development in partnership with senior team members</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate increasing ownership over commercial conversations as experience grows</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Market & Industry Intelligence</strong></span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Stay current on industry trends across digital marketing, advertising technology, and e-commerce</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify new opportunities for growth based on market dynamics and competitive landscape</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></span></li>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and revenue enablement to improve pipeline quality and conversion</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and sales materials based on market interactions</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track outreach, engagement, and opportunity progression</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to pipeline reporting and forecasting processes</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">~2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong interest in digital marketing, media, advertising technology, and/or e-commerce</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and presentation skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish credibility with clients</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable working cross-functionally and contributing to team-based outcomes</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management</span></li>
