New Development Licensed Coordinator

The Licensed Real Estate Administrator will provide administrative support for our on-site leasing team while also assisting with leasing the property to prospective tenants.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pushing application packages to ownership for approval</li> <li>Communicating with the applicants once they have been approved and sending welcome letter</li> <li>Working closely with Leasing Director and building management to get prospects approved</li> <li>Sending out accurate reports to ownership, CDMG, and the leasing team</li> <li>Accurate information in the CRM, everything must be updated daily&nbsp;</li> <li>Provides administrative support for on-site leasing team, greeting clients,&nbsp;answering and directing phone calls, managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments and daily reports.</li> <li>Show apartments as needed to return guests / applicants&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintaining office and model apartments in pristine condition.</li> <li>Provide additional support for other office administrator and leasing team as needed.</li> <li>Performs other tasks as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer Service background preferred.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, ability to perform duties independently and with a high level of accuracy</li> <li>Ability to work independently but essential for the candidate to be able to work on in a team-based environment.</li> <li>Occasional re-organizing of models and leasing office, may require lifting objects of up to 25 lbs.</li> <li>Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.</li> <li>Previous real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.</li> <li>Active real estate license in good standing</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Developer:</strong></p> <p>We’re obsessed with success and you can see it in everything we do. By combining an honest human touch with best-in-class technology, Bold is defining the future of real estate leasing, sales and new development marketing.</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>The base pay range for this position is $28.85-$31.25 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
