<p data-start="931" data-end="1117">CDMG is the exclusive sales and marketing partner for <strong data-start="985" data-end="1020">Loraloma Private Club & Estates</strong>, a premier luxury residential community in the Texas Hill Country developed by Areté Collective.</p>
<p data-start="1143" data-end="1426">Loraloma is a private residential community within the 2,200-acre Thomas Ranch masterplan located outside of Austin, Texas. Positioned along two miles of frontage on the Pedernales and Colorado rivers, the community spans 1,100 acres with approximately 60% preserved as open space.</p>

<p data-start="1661" data-end="1759">Loraloma represents one of the most highly anticipated luxury master-planned communities in Texas.</p>
<p data-start="1779" data-end="2065">The Sales Associate will report to the Sales Director and serve as a front-line member of the on-site sales team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential lot and home sales - from initial inquiry through executed purchase agreement and escrow coordination.</p>
<p data-start="2067" data-end="2230">This is a high-touch, relationship-driven position requiring strong experience in luxury real estate, new development, resort-style communities, or land/lot sales.</p>

<p data-start="2389" data-end="2443">Manage all prospect and buyer activity within the CRM.</p>

<p data-start="2446" data-end="2496">Host and lead guided tours from the Sales Gallery.</p>

<p data-start="2499" data-end="2553">Deliver project presentations and community overviews.</p>

<p data-start="2556" data-end="2601">Coordinate and facilitate contract execution.</p>

<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="3221" data-end="3445">

<p data-start="3223" data-end="3271">3+ years of direct real estate sales experience.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3272" data-end="3376">
<p data-start="3274" data-end="3376">Experience in luxury, new development, master-planned communities, or resort sales strongly preferred.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3377" data-end="3445">
<p data-start="3379" data-end="3445">Demonstrated success managing full-cycle real estate transactions.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3473" data-end="3502">
<p data-start="3475" data-end="3502">Bachelor’s degree required.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3503" data-end="3562">
<p data-start="3505" data-end="3562">Active Texas real estate license (Sales Agent or Broker).</p>
</li>

<p data-start="3565" data-end="3628">Currently licensed with Compass or willing to transfer license.</p>

<p data-start="3658" data-end="3729">Strong understanding of financing structures and contingency processes.</p>
