Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Netflix subscribers in the Nordic region
• Communicate with users via chat and phone
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment-related questions
• Troubleshoot streaming issues and content-related problems
• Guide subscribers on using Netflix features and navigating the platform

Who We're Looking For:

· Native-level fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish

· Advanced English skills (B2–C1 level or higher)

· Excellent communication, soft skills, and a problem-solving mindset

· Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure

· Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus

· Comfortable with computers and technology

· A passion for TV shows - being a Netflix fan is a bonus!
