Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Food Delivery Service Department based in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers as they engage with our food delivery platform. Your role will be essential in ensuring that customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience while using our services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, delivery issues, and service inquiries
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Provide recommendations and assistance to enhance the customer experience
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on food delivery trends and service offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the food delivery or service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and platforms is advantageous
