The position offers variety, excitement, and a clear path for professional growth in a world-class company.</p> <p>We offer a&nbsp;<strong>hybrid work model</strong>, combining the flexibility of working from home (2 days/week) with the camaraderie and culture of our modern Malta-based office (3 days/week).</p> <h2 data-start="1179" data-end="1207">Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Compile and trade pre-match and live odds (Ice hockey, Floorball, Bandy, Pesapallo)</li> <li>Create and manage player special markets</li> <li>Create and manage risk on all Nordic PR/Marketing requests.</li> <li>Live trade – Melodifestivalen</li> <li>Monitor Nordic leagues offer (Football, Basketball, Handball, Volleyball)</li> <li>Settle markets accurately and efficiently</li> <li>Monitor and analyse customer activity, reporting findings to the Customer Risk team</li> <li>Assist in monitoring Nordic Compliance and regulations</li> <li>Manage risk by observing market movement and reacting in real-time</li> <li>Liaise with 3rd-party trading providers to ensure optimal trading performance</li> <li>Resolve technical, settlement, or operational issues promptly</li> <li>Occasionally trade other sports when required</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance the sportsbook offering</li> </ul> <h2 data-start="1869" data-end="1899">What we’re looking for</h2> <ul> <li>Deep knowledge and passion for&nbsp;<strong>Ice hockey</strong></li> <li>Knowledge on any other Nordic sports/leagues considered a plus</li> <li>Understanding of&nbsp;<strong>sports odds, statistics, and probabilities</strong></li> <li>Prior experience with 3rd-party trading tools is an advantage</li> <li>Strong numerical and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Comfortable working under pressure and making swift decisions</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities</li> <li>Fluent in <strong>English and Swedish</strong>, both spoken and written</li> <li>A positive, team-oriented attitude and a high level of self-motivation</li> <li>Flexibility to work during&nbsp;<strong>evenings, weekends, and public holidays</strong></li> <li>Based in Malta or willing to relocate (relocation support provided)</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2 data-start="2637" data-end="2658">What We Offer</h2> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + performance bonus</li> <li>Relocation package: Includes flights, 4 weeks' free accommodation, and a relocation bonus</li> <li>Daily lunch provided on-site (Monday–Friday)</li> <li>Wellbeing allowance and work-from-home allowance</li> <li>Hybrid work model + 2 weeks remote abroad annually</li> <li>Enhanced leave policies: Bereavement, study, maternity/paternity, etc.</li> <li>Milestone birthday celebrations</li> <li>Comprehensive insurance coverage: Health, accident, travel, life</li> <li>Exclusive local discounts and optional pension plan</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong style="font-size: 14px;">If you’re ready to combine your love for sports with a fast-paced, rewarding career in iGaming, we want to hear from you.
