Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Health Products Department, based in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to health products and wellness solutions.

Your fluency in Norwegian will be vital as you help clients navigate product details, benefits, and services, ensuring they receive top-notch customer care while making informed health decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat regarding health product inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product availability, usage, and benefits
• Handle order processing, returns, and effectively resolve customer complaints
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our service quality and product offerings
• Stay informed about trends in the health and wellness sector

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health or retail sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, eager to assist customers in their journey
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
