Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to detect and address safety concerns and policy violations.
• Investigate reports thoroughly, analyzing data to identify risks and determine appropriate responses.
• Collaborate with technical, security, and policy teams to develop and implement effective digital safety measures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on findings and safety trends for internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging threats and developments in digital trust and safety to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to foster awareness and understanding of digital safety practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in digital safety, online content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and assess risk.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and team members.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with digital content management and online safety tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in Bulgaria.
