<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p>The Nuclear Pharmacist – UroOncRX is responsible for the accurate preparation and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with sterile compounding standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures. This role supports our Uro-OncRx Pharmacy service and will involve working in a physician office and radio-labeling Gallium based radiopharmaceuticals under physician direction. The Nuclear Pharmacist – UroOncRX will follow established workflows and will contribute to the development and refinement of best practices and standard operating procedures needed to perform these services in a physician office. The role functions as an individual contributor to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient pharmacy operations.</p>
<p><strong>Uro‑OncRx Pharmacy</strong><br>A physician‑partnered pharmacy embedded in a urology or oncology doctor’s office to support patient care with specialized radiopharmaceutical services.</p>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exemplifies compliance with all regulations, Company Policies, Corporate Standards and Health and Safety rules related to area of responsibility.</li>
<li>Process and review customer orders from initial receipt through final packaging accurately and consistently.</li>
<li>Accurately set up and compound radiopharmaceuticals.</li>
<li>Manages the shift per which they are assigned in alignment with the standard policies & procedures.</li>
<li>Handle, package and deliver radiopharmaceuticals and hazardous materials in compliance with Company Policies, Corporate Standards and Health and Safety rules related to area of responsibility.</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain appropriate level of drug inventory and other business necessary supplies.</li>
<li>Perform required tests on equipment (e.g., dose calibrator constancy and survey meter checks) and manually record results.</li>
<li>Perform quality control tests on prepared products to ensure all quality requirements have been met.</li>
<li>Process returned medical waste and maintain returned reusable supplies in compliance with all regulations and Company Policies.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of lab in accordance with the facility housekeeping schedules, which may include but are not limited to: mopping, sweeping, cleaning and tidy workspaces, and removal of waste from facility.</li>
<li>Perform bio-hazardous waste disposal and prepares paperwork for shipment & tracking.</li>
<li>Perform radiation wipes and surveys on shipping containers, pharmacy supplies, incoming packages, workspaces and vehicles.</li>
<li>Actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment by completing required training, providing suggestions for improving the health and safety program and bringing unsafe acts and/or conditions to the attention of management</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.</li>
<li>Active pharmacist licensure, or eligibility for licensure, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required to support business and operational needs.</li>
<li>Willingness to become an authorized user of radioactive materials, as required for the role.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Position Requirements:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to accommodate shift changes based on business needs.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.</li>
<li>No three or more driving violations within the past 36 months and no DWI/DUI conviction within the past 36 months.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the United States.</li>
<li>Ability to meet customer‑mandated on‑site requirements, including proof of COVID‑19 vaccination, as applicable.</li>

<li>Experience handling radioactive materials and preparing or dispensing sterile compounded radiopharmaceuticals</li>
<li>Experience working in a clean room environment</li>
<li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred</li>
<li>Communicates professionally and effectively with coworkers and external customers</li>
<li>Manages competing priorities, balances proactive and reactive work, and maintains quality and accuracy</li>
