About the role
Overview
Licensed Nurse Assistant’s are responsible for obtaining and recording patient vital signs, documenting in patient’s electronic medical record, assisting patients with activities of daily living. Assisting the patient care teams. Keeping room/unit clean and providing exceptional patient experience and care in an inpatient setting. Trainees will transition to the LNA role after successfully completing the Nurse Assistant Training and obtaining a State of New Hampshire License for Nurse Assistant.
