Requirements

• Clinical Nurse Specialist/ Nurse Educator Master's degree as a CNS preferred or Master's degree in nursing required
• Current Certification in Nursing required 
• Critical care experience required
• ACLS and BLS American Heart Association
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates skills as an educator and consultant, serving as clinical resource to staff
• Ability to create, revise and implement curriculum, policies and procedures utilizing principles of evidence-based practice and research
• Demonstrates accountability, autonomy and leadership in worked experience
• Leads staff development
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate orientation and education programs
• Role models interprofessional collaboration
• Promotes diversity, inclusivity and adapts to learner needs and preferences

Posted Salary Range

USD $64.17 - USD $93.67 /Hr.
