Come grow with us.</strong></p> <p></p></div><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Schedule: Full-time overnights, 6:30pm-7am with rotating weekends and holidays. Working onsite at Eating Recovery Center's adult residential facility in Chicago, IL. Active Illinois RN license required.</span></p> <p>As a member of the nursing leadership team, the Nurse House Supervisor supports teammates in providing a safe environment for patients and teammates through the coordination and evaluation of the unit under the general direction of the Nurse Director.</p> <p><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provides oversight to assigned team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees to be effective team members <ul> <li>Ensures that everyone is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties</li> <li>Uses the established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure that their team’s level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensures efficient and effective unit operations including sufficient supplies and adjusts staffing as necessary <ul> <li>Assists with scheduling teammates to cover open shifts</li> </ul> </li> <li>Completes monthly audits and checklists</li> <li>Assures unit compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, including reviewing and following up on incident reports</li> <li>Serves as a resource and primary point of contact regarding clinical questions, policies, and procedures</li> <li>Provides direct patent care as necessary <ul> <li>Assists teammates with patient care responsibilities including milieu and crisis management</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Must haves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate’s degree in nursing (required)</li> <li>Unrestricted RN license in state where assigned (required)</li> <li>1+ year of direct patient care experience (required)</li> <li>Attention to detail (required)</li> <li>Strong communication skills, ability to lead, motivate and inspire others (required)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus qualities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)</li> <li>1+ years of supervising others or leading teams (preferred)</li> <li>1+ years of experience treating patients with eating disorders (preferred)</li> </ul> <p>#ERC</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.&nbsp;</p></div><div class="title">Illinois Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$42</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$51 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What We Offer</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">At ERC Pathlight, caring for people is our mission&nbsp;and that begins with caring for our own team.
