font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt; color: #202124;">We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt; color: #202124;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:</span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: #202124;"><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Trouble-shoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: #202124;"><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Help with staffing or coverage</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: #202124;"><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: #202124;"><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Review incident reports and follow up through established process</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: #202124;"><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: #202124;"><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Manage new Nurse Orientation</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: #202124;"><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 10.5pt;">Assist Nurse Director with various duties, as designated by Nurse Director, including but not limited to monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff and reviewing/updating policies and procedures</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0;
