Nurse Manager, MDS & Clinical Reimbursement

As Nurse Manager, MDS &amp; Clinic Reimbursement, this role leads resident assessment and care planning processes, oversees MDS completion and reimbursement accuracy, and ensures alignment across clinical care, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, this leader evaluates resident conditions, develops comprehensive, person-centered care plans, supports ICD-10 coding accuracy, and guides nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. The position provides day-to-day clinical leadership, supports staffing and team development, and exercises independent judgment in decisions that impact compliance, quality outcomes, and operational performance. It also plays a critical role in survey readiness, quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, and the use of clinical and operational data to strengthen outcomes and mitigate risk. A current RN license and CPR/AED certification are required, along with strong clinical assessment, care planning, communication, and leadership skills.
