About the role
Our Family Medicine practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team part-time. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care for adult patients and children over the age of 11, managing both acute and chronic health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations and provide ongoing medical management.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Ensure all documentation is completed by the end of the day using our EMR systems (eCW).
- Foster a positive and professional environment with both patients and staff.
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically eCW.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Position Details:
- Part-time, with scheduling of up to three weekdays.
- No after-hours or weekend commitments.
