About the role

Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time

Benefits Offered: Dental insurance, medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO

Patient Volume: 20 to 30 Patients per day

Overview

A growing, community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient primary care team in Mesa, Arizona. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population
  • Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, and patient education
  • Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, registered nurses, and care coordination teams
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with strong bedside manner
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of primary care or outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to care
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, community-focused healthcare

Requirements

  • Valid Arizona NP or PA license (Or In Process)
  • NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
  • 2–3 years primary care experience preferred
  • Spanish-speaking preferred
  • Comfortable seeing 20–30 patients daily
