Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time
Benefits Offered: Dental insurance, medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO
Patient Volume: 20 to 30 Patients per day

A growing, community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient primary care team in Mesa, Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population
- Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, and patient education
- Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, registered nurses, and care coordination teams
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with strong bedside manner
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of primary care or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to care
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Commitment to providing high-quality, community-focused healthcare

Requirements
- Valid Arizona NP or PA license (Or In Process)
- NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
- 2–3 years primary care experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Comfortable seeing 20–30 patients daily
