Recently acquired and now supported by the operational infrastructure of a larger management service organization, Agave is transitioning into a streamlined, modern clinic with strong back-office support, efficient revenue-cycle processes, and expanded clinical capabilities - while still focusing on the personal in-practice family care that made it successful.&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1">Agave integrates traditional primary care with expanded service lines, including chronic-disease management, preventive care, specialty coordination, IVs and hormone therapy services for both men and women. Agave accepts all major insurances and additionally offers a discounted monthly/yearly subscriptions.</p> <p>To continue the high-level patient care focused on in-clinic and assisted living facilities, we are now looking for a <strong>part-time/full-time</strong></p> <h2><strong>Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care &amp; Hormone Therapy</strong></h2> <h2><strong>Position Overview</strong></h2> <p class="p3">Agave Adult Medical Care is seeking a skilled and reliable <span class="s2"><strong>Nurse Practitioner</strong></span> to provide in-clinic primary care and hormone therapy services for our adult and geriatric patient population. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining strong patient relationships.
