About the role
Nursery Practitioner Room Manager£1000 Welcome Bonus
- At least 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent leadership
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
- Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to use your own initiative lead and inspire a team
- Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children
- Be flexible and a great role model for the team
- Have a great time management and passion to deliver highest quality education and care
- Have experience on leading Ofsted inspection and a clear understanding of the EYFS
- Build a culture of kindness, transparency and commitment for the role of a leader.
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and satisfactory employment references.
- The successful candidate will be required to undertake online safeguarding training and all positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Key Responsibilities
