Remote Nursing Home Biller

We are a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier support to long-term care facilities across the country. As part of our growing remote operations, we’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Nursing Home Biller to join our billing and collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities
• Review and process claims with a high degree of accuracy
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff
• Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Utilize billing software and tools to ensure efficient workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Fast learner with adaptability to new applications and tools
• Must meet the technical and professional standards demonstrated by our current remote team members
