We are dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Salary Range: $156,000 - $166,000</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Employee Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>100% paid base coverage (Health, Vision, &amp; Dental insurance).</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Paid Holidays</li> <li>Paid Sick</li> <li>Paid Vacation</li> <li>EAP - Employee Assistance Program</li> </ul> <p><strong>O2EPCM, Inc.&nbsp;</strong><a href="https://o2epcm.com/"><strong>https://o2epcm.com/</strong></a><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Position: OAR I- Project Execution &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Salary Range: $156,000 - $166,000</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong><br>9.1 Manages, overseas and coordinates all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award,<br>construction and close-out phase of all assigned projects<br>9.2 Reviews pre-construction documents and submits comments to Designer as necessary<br>9.3 Plans, organizes, and prepares reports to upper management with respect to the status and/or<br>progress of the projects<br>9.4 Coordinates with all pertinent public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply<br>with all off-site work; coordinates with various District and Project staff<br>9.5 Manages both the project budget and schedule to meet the District’s qualitative standards;<br>monitors project budget on a monthly basis and ensures that the budget accurately reflects the<br>project status/progress<br>9.6 Manages the daily activities of the contractor, reviews contractors’ construction schedules and<br>submittals, and coordinates responses to the contractors’ inquiries through the Requests for<br>Clarifications (RFC) and other related documents<br>9.7 Reviews substitution submittals from contractors to ensure specification and/or District<br>requirements are complied with<br>9.8 Receives, reviews, and negotiates Contractor Change Order Proposal(s) to achieve a fair &amp;<br>reasonable price in accordance with the General Conditions; reviews and addresses any and all<br>Schedule impacts in accordance with the project specifications in a timely manner<br>9.9 Reviews the process and monitors payments for the contractor, architects, engineers and any<br>other pertinent parties<br>9.10 Administers provisions of Professional Service Agreements between Architects and the District<br>9.11 Coordinates District delivery of related fixtures, furniture and equipment<br>9.12 Monitors and manages project close-out with respect to project certification with the Division of<br>State Architects (DSA) and project financial close out<br>9.13 Perform other related duties assigned</p> <p><br><strong>10. Minimum Requirements</strong><br><strong>Required Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>10.1 Ten (10) years full time paid professional experience in Construction and/or a combination of<br>Project and Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility<br>Construction. Three (3) years of the ten (10) years should have full responsibility for<br>coordinating complex projects with construction values of more than $10M.<strong><br>Additional Preferred Experience:<br></strong>10.2 Design Build Experience<br>10.3 Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)<br>10.4 Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or<br>the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)<br>10.5 Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes<br>10.6 Safety and OSHA Safety Regulations (OSHA 30 minimum)<strong><br>Required Education: There are 3 ways to meet the education requirement:<br></strong>10.7 Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture,<br>engineering, or construction management<br>OR<br>10.8 Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree.
