About the role
- Start date: Immediate
- Length of Position: Ongoing
- Schedule: Intermittent care (no guaranteed hours)
- Typical needs: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Additional times: Occasional Saturdays, 10:30 AM–10:00 PM (typically ~4 hour shifts)
- Compensation: $20–$25 per hour
- Sunday, July 12th, 4pm-midnight
Responsibilities
- Potty training assistance
- Engaging and entertaining the child
- Facilitating nap times
- Preparing simple meals and snacks (e.g., sandwiches, snacks)
- Driving the child to local parks
Requirements
- 1-2 years of paid, professional childcare experience preferred
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to provide 2 professional references
- Able to successfully pass a background and social media screening
- Valid driver’s license (family vehicle and car seat provided)
- Comfortable with dogs and cats
