<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Job Title: </span></strong> Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care<br><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Location:</span></strong> Cornwall (county-wide coverage may be required)<br><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Pay Rate:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> £27.62 Per hour</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> <br><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Full-Time <br></span> <br><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to to join our client's </span><span data-contrast="auto">Adult Social Care team in East Cornwall. This is a community-based role focused on delivering optimal care and reducing reliance on long-term care packages, directly supporting our client's savings target for 2025/26.<br></span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will be expected to manage a caseload each week, conducting face-to-face visits and assessments across the county, ensuring individuals receive the right support to maintain independence and wellbeing.</span></p>

<ul>
<li>Provide community-based assessments and interventions to promote independence and reduce reliance on care packages</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with colleagues across health and social care services</li>
<li>Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective outcomes</li>
<li>Deliver face-to-face visits each week as part of case management</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in line with professional and statutory requirements</li>

<li>Experienced community therapist, ideally with a background in Adult Social Care</li>
<li>HCPC Registration and relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications</li>
<li>Ability to work flexibly across East Cornwall and county-wide if required</li>
<li>Strong communication, organisational, and assessment skills</li>
