<p>Are you an experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist looking for your next locum opportunity within Adult Social Care?</p>
<p>We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the Adults & Older People's Review Team in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive service carrying out annual reviews and reassessments to ensure residents continue to receive the most appropriate support to maximise their independence and wellbeing.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The Roles:</span></strong></p>
<p>As part of the Adults & Older People's Review Team, you will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive reviews and reassessments of existing care and support arrangements, ensuring services remain effective, person-centred, and outcome-focused.</p>
<p>You will work closely with service users, carers, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies to identify changing needs and recommend appropriate interventions.</p>

<ul>
<li>Complete annual reviews and Occupational Therapy reassessments for adults and older people.</li>
<li>Evaluate existing care packages and recommend adjustments where required.</li>
<li>Assess functional abilities, risks, and opportunities to maximise independence.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, carers, and partner organisations.</li>
<li>Provide professional recommendations regarding equipment, adaptations, and support services where appropriate.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with legislative and professional requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure all interventions are person-centred and promote positive outcomes.</li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications & Experience:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration</li>
<li>Experience working within Adult Social Care services</li>
<li>Strong assessment and review experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act</li>
<li>Excellent communication and report-writing skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively</li>
<li>Experience working within multidisciplinary teams</li>
