<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Liquid Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist – Adults Community for its client across Countywide (Buckinghamshire). Join a friendly, innovative, and supportive team delivering a responsive, equitable, and high-quality community occupational therapy service to adults with long-term conditions across Buckinghamshire.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct comprehensive and holistic assessments of adults with long-term conditions and their carers in the home environment</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage and organise your own caseload, ensuring timely assessments and reviews</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop a strong understanding of the role of equipment, minor/major adaptations, and housing solutions in promoting independence</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide input to OT assessment clinics across the county</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build competence in moving and handling techniques, including single-handed care</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to OT triage, gaining insight into referral management and innovative risk-reduction strategies</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participate in service development, audits, evidence-based practice, and raising the profile of community OT</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Engage in regular supervision and professional development, identifying and addressing training needs</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Supervise and mentor appropriate staff across the integrated service</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with health, housing, and social care colleagues to ensure effective partnership working</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deliver person-centred rehabilitation and support individualised goals</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Undertake additional duties as deemed appropriate by the Team Manager</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with adults with long-term conditions in a community setting</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of equipment provision, adaptations, and housing legislation</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Skilled in manual handling and promoting functional independence</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and organisational skills</span></li>
