font-size: 10pt;">Conduct&nbsp;comprehensive and holistic assessments&nbsp;of adults with long-term conditions and their carers in the home environment</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage and organise your own caseload, ensuring timely assessments and reviews</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop a strong understanding of the role of&nbsp;equipment, minor/major adaptations, and&nbsp;housing solutions&nbsp;in promoting independence</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to&nbsp;OT triage, gaining insight into referral management and innovative risk-reduction strategies</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participate in&nbsp;service development, audits, evidence-based practice, and raising the profile of community OT</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
