About the role
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is seeking </span>an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client's Adults, Health & Integration Service.</p>
<p>This is a senior-level position offering the opportunity to work within a progressive London Borough, managing complex cases and supporting the wider OT service.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a complex caseload within Adult Social Care</li>
<li>Complete Care Act assessments and strengths-based interventions</li>
<li>Undertake functional assessments within the community</li>
<li>Provide recommendations for equipment, adaptations & moving/handling solutions</li>
<li>Support hospital discharge pathways and urgent referrals</li>
<li>Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT)</li>
<li>Provide guidance/support to junior staff where required</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and compliant case recording</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Desirable:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous Senior OT experience</li>
<li>Experience within a London Borough</li>
<li>Background in integration / health partnerships </li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications & Experience:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration</li>
<li>Strong experience within Adults Social Care</li>
<li>Experience managing complex cases</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of:

<li>Care Act 2014</li>
<li>Moving & Handling</li>
<li>Equipment & adaptations</li>
</ul>
</li>
