About the role
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client to join a supportive team in Harrow, working across both adults and children’s services.</span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the allocated Occupational Therapist for adults and children with physical disabilities and learning disabilities</li>
<li>Provide preventative interventions to promote independence and reduce long-term care needs</li>
<li>Complete functional assessments and develop tailored care plans</li>
<li>Assess, recommend, and review:
<ul>
<li>Equipment provision</li>
<li>Minor and major adaptations</li>
<li>Moving and handling solutions</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Monitor and review care plans to ensure outcomes are achieved and needs are met</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams</li>
</ul>

<li>HCPC registered Occupational Therapist</li>
<li>Experience with adult and/or paediatric caseloads</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of moving & handling, equipment, and adaptations</li>
<li>Ability to manage a varied caseload independently</li>
</ul>
