<li>Community-based functional assessments</li>
<li>Equipment & adaptation recommendations</li>

<li>Working within a supportive MDT</li>

<li>Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)</li>
<li>Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy</li>
<li>Community experience desirable</li>
<li>Confident managing a caseload independently</li>
