About the role
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is </span>seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its Council Housing Service, supporting residents to live safely and independently through timely, high‑quality occupational therapy interventions.</p>
<p>This is a senior role with responsibility for managing complex housing‑related OT assessments, contributing to service improvement, and providing professional supervision to junior OTs and staff.</p>

<li>Manage and deliver complex housing‑related OT assessments and recommendations</li>
<li>Support residents to maintain independence and safety within their homes</li>
<li>Work in close partnership with housing, health, and social care colleagues</li>
<li>Provide professional supervision, guidance, and support to junior OTs and staff</li>
<li>Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Maintain professional accountability through regular clinical supervision</li>
<li>Ensure all practice complies with HCPC standards and Council policies</li>

<li>Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy</li>
<li>HCPC registration</li>
<li>Significant post‑qualification experience</li>
<li>Experience supervising and supporting staff</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of housing‑related OT practice and complex case management</li>
