Senior Occupational Therapist – Equipment & Adaptations

font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">To be successful in this role, you must have:</span></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification with HCPC registration</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience in equipment and adaptations</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A strong fieldwork Occupational Therapy background</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience using Eclipse or comparable case management systems</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
