About the role
<p class="x_MsoNormal">Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Health and Adult Social Services (HASS) at Cranbrook and Loxford, based in Redbridge. This dynamic, multi-disciplinary service delivers integrated community health and adult social care. You will manage approximately four cases per week, ranging from standard to complex OT needs.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assess and recommend major adaptations and complex equipment, including sketches, specifications, and manual handling plans.</li>
<li>Undertake holistic, person-centred assessments, support planning, and reviews across a range of health conditions.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively within a multi-professional team, contributing to duty and triage.</li>
<li>Apply knowledge of Care Act and housing legislation to support safe, independent living.</li>
<li>Manage and progress complex cases autonomously, prioritising effectively and ensuring safe practice.</li>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist</li>
<li>Strong experience in major adaptations, equipment provision, and manual handling</li>
<li>Confident working independently and within a multi-disciplinary setting</li>
<li>Skilled in planning, prioritising, and progressing complex caseloads</li>
<li>Knowledge of social care frameworks and housing legislation</li>
