Occupational Therapist – Neuro Rehabilitation

<p>Liquid Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Lead Occupational Therapist on behalf of its client’s specialist neuro-rehabilitation service in Bexley.<br>As Lead OT, you will provide both clinical and professional leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex neurological conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on clinical practice within a respected private service.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy service within the centre.</li> <li>Undertake complex OT assessments for patients with neurological and rehabilitation needs.</li> <li>Design, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans.</li> <li>Supervise, mentor, and develop junior OT staff and students.</li> <li>Drive service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives.</li> <li>Work collaboratively within a skilled multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and organisational standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.</li> <li>Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally within&nbsp;neuro-rehabilitation&nbsp;or complex care.</li> <li>Proven leadership and supervisory experience.</li> <li>Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reasonable Adjustments:</strong></p> <p>If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace, please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team.
