Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting for a leading Long-Term Care (LTC) healthcare provider in Bahrain, seeking experienced Occupational Therapists.

🔹 Senior Occupational Therapist
💰 Salary: $3,975 – $4,770 per month

🔹 Occupational Therapist
💰 Salary: $3,310 – $3,975 per month

📌 Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

• Support rehabilitation in LTC, neuro, and post-acute settings

• Work within multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

• Promote independence in activities of daily living (ADLs)

📌 Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy

• Experience in LTC / Rehabilitation settings preferred

• NHRA DataFlow completed or transferable (SCFHS / HAAD / DHA)

• NHRA licensing requirements must be met
