<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded private healthcare provider in the Leeds area for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their hospital-based multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT looking to advance their career in a supportive, clinically driven environment.</p>
<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will,</p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for adults with complex mental health needs</li>
<li>Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised treatment plans</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, nurses, and support staff</li>
<li>Support service users in achieving independence and recovery goals</li>
<li>Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development and clinical leadership</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and quality improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy</li>
<li>HCPC registration</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in mental health or hospital settings</li>
<li>Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills</li>
<li>Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable</li>
<li>Commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice</li>
</ul>
