<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting an </span>Occupational Therapist – Reablement at Home<span data-contrast="auto"> to join its client’s </span>Reablement at Home team<span data-contrast="auto">, based in Hackney.</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This role sits within a&nbsp;therapy‑led reablement pilot service, designed to inform future recommissioning of wider homecare services.
