About the role
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to </span>join the multidisciplinary Recovery Hub service in South Leeds. This service supports adults who have recently left hospital but are not yet ready to return home, providing rehabilitation-focused interventions within a community care bed setting.</p>
<p>Ideal for OTs with experience in intermediate care, community beds, or reablement-focused environments, this role plays a crucial part in helping individuals regain independence and progress safely towards discharge.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver person-centred OT assessment and rehabilitation interventions.</li>
<li>Support service users to rebuild daily living skills and independence.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, and support staff within a fully integrated MDT.</li>
<li>Lead and contribute to holistic discharge planning, ensuring suitable equipment and support services are in place.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.</li>
<li>Take part in weekend working on a rota basis.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications & Experience:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist.</li>
<li>Experience in intermediate care, community recovery beds, or similar rehabilitation settings (desirable).</li>
<li>Strong MDT communication skills and a recovery-focused approach.</li>
<li>Ability to work on-site within the Recovery Hub (office-based).</li>
