Occupational Therapist - Review Team

font-size: 10pt;">Undertake strength-based reviews and assessments in line with the Care Act 2014</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
