About the role
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Transformation Team based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to support service redesign and deliver high‑quality, strengths‑based assessments across adult social care.</span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Undertake functional assessments to promote independence and wellbeing</li>
<li>Support transformation and improvement initiatives within adult services</li>
<li>Complete Care Act–compliant assessments and reviews</li>
<li>Recommend equipment, adaptations, and reablement solutions</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with internal teams and partner agencies</li>
<li>Contribute to efficient discharge planning and prevention of unnecessary care packages</li>

<li>Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy</li>
<li>HCPC registration</li>
<li>Experience working within Adult Social Care</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence</li>
<li>Access to a vehicle</li>
<li>Willingness to travel both inside and outside the council area as required</li>
