<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Shop Techs (Tooling): Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring all are in optimal working condition.</li>
<li>Yard Techs: Manage the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, assist with loading and unloading equipment, and support logistics operations.</li>
<li>CDL A Roll off Drivers: Safely operate roll off trucks to transport containers, complying with all safety regulations and protocols.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Shop Techs: Experience in tool maintenance and repair or small engines, technical proficiency with a variety of tools or equipment, and strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Yard Techs: Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety practices.</li>
<li>CDL A Roll off Drivers: Valid CDL A license, experience driving roll off trucks.</li>
