We are looking for an Office Assistant (fixed-term, parental leave replacement)
Are you passionate about people’s well-being at the office? If yes, then maybe you are the person we are looking for.
Your role:
- Creating a positive and healthy work environment
- Organizing Estonian office events with the help of the HR team
- Helping the HR department regarding employee vacation and assets records
- Coordinate facilities management and services, including vendor contracts and relations, and purchase orders
- Manage contracts database
- Manage and order office furniture, office supplies, and consumables
- Manage correspondence (send and receive office emails, letters, packages, etc.)
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
We expect you to:
- have previous experience/or a degree in office administration
- have strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- have excellent English skills (our working language is English) and good Estonian language skills (C1 - both verbal and written)
- have a positive can-do attitude and that you are engaging people person
- have a willingness to work almost full-time in the office (4 days in the office and 1 day in the home office).
