CatFace is home to Aphmau, one of the top YouTube brands in the world. We are home to a family of channels that have over 24 million+ subscribers and with a total of 450 million+ views per month. Our goal is to entertain our audience with exciting and light-hearted narratives that push the limits of what is thought to be possible using digital gaming environments as our set, stage, and medium.


We are looking for a highly organized Office Administrator to handle our office operations. The Office Administrator will be responsible for daily office operations, vendor communication and coordination, deliveries and visitors coordination. They will work closely with multiple stakeholders in the office and multi-task office operations. This person will need to fit in with our company culture with a positive and outgoing demeanor. They will need to be professional, self driven, and innovative to help with essential operational tasks that make an office run smoothly and efficiently.


Job
Responsibilities:

  • Uphold security protocols by overseeing guest check-ins, non-disclosure agreements, and building safety.
  • Manage visitor logistics by prepping meeting rooms and ensuring they are fully stocked for guests.
  • Promptly manage and hand out incoming mail and various deliveries to the team.
  • Coordinate food deliveries and lunch orders, while supporting internal culture events.
  • Help team members with badge issues and general building access requirements.
  • Organize facility inspections and repairs to keep daily operations running without interruption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external contractors/vendors regarding facility support and office services.
  • Oversee the neatness of communal areas, such as the gym, kitchen, and break rooms, in line with company standards.
  • Track inventory levels and order all kitchen and operational supplies.
  • Partner with IT and HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience and workstation setup for new hires.
  • Offer operational assistance and administrative help to leadership as various needs arise.
  • Help maintain a vibrant work environment by assisting with seasonal decorations and culture-focused programs.
  • Engage in designated special projects and other tasks assigned to improve office efficiency.


What we’re looking for:

  • An associate degree or higher.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • While business casual attire is required, self expression is encouraged throughout our company culture.
  • A positive and outgoing demeanor. 
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Communicate well with vendors
  • Extremely organized.
  • Ability to multi-tasks.
  • Clear and friendly verbal and written communication.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22/hr
