This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with trade partners to coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.</li> <li>Manage cost and design updates, including RFIs, change orders, and document updates.</li> <li>Support field supervision with seamless communication and logistics.</li> <li>Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications.</li> <li>Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.</li> <li>Gain hands-on exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a “team first” mindset.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Internship or prior experience in construction or engineering environment.</li> <li>Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and scheduling principles.</li> <li>Willingness to relocate for project assignments and career growth opportunities.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
