This role will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, landlords, general contractors, furniture suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on&nbsp;<span class="markqgjuzqlpl" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">time</span>, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing office environments, workplace logistics, and construction-related projects. They will possess strong project management skills and a practical understanding of office space planning, workplace operations, and facilities management.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Project Management &amp; Office Expansions</h3> <ul data-start="972" data-end="1360"> <li><span>Manage multiple office expansion, renovation, and workplace improvement projects from planning through completion.</span></li> <li><span>Develop and maintain project schedules,&nbsp;<span class="markqgjuzqlpl" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">time</span>lines, budgets, and milestone tracking.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure all projects remain on schedule and proactively identify and resolve risks or delays.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business and workspace requirements.</span></li> </ul> <h3>Vendor &amp; Contractor Management</h3> <ul data-start="1397" data-end="1761"> <li><span>Serve as the primary liaison with landlords, property management teams, architects, general contractors, and vendors.</span></li> <li><span>Solicit and evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts as needed.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate site visits, inspections, and project meetings.</span></li> </ul> <h3>Office Relocations &amp; Logistics</h3> <ul data-start="1798" data-end="2130"> <li><span>Lead and coordinate office moves, including planning, scheduling, communication, and execution.</span></li> <li><span>Manage moving companies, furniture vendors, and installation teams.</span></li> <li><span>Develop move plans that minimize disruption to employees and business operations.</span></li> <li><span>Oversee post-move activities to ensure successful occupancy and functionality.</span></li> </ul> <h3>Furniture, Equipment &amp;
