Our people make it real.</strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="820">If you’re a challenger in spirit and a champion in action — join us.</p></div><h2>Why this role exists:</h2> <p>This role exists to keep our office environment running smoothly, predictably, and without friction for the team.&nbsp;You’ll help us create a comfortable, well-organized workspace and seamless office experience by owning day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and events.</p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Kyiv (hybrid)</p> <h2>What you’ll drive:</h2> <p><strong>Office operations &amp; experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the day-to-day office operations and keep everything running smoothly.</li> <li>Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and general office services.</li> <li>Ensure the office is well-stocked (food, snacks, supplies, equipment).</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships and maintain an up-to-date supplier database.</li> <li>Step in and solve operational issues before they become visible to the team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Budget &amp; administrative control</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage office-related expenses and ensure accurate and timely payments.</li> <li>Handle invoice tracking and booking in 1C.</li> <li>Prepare and monitor the office admin budget.</li> <li>Support budget planning and provide visibility into spending.</li> <li>Keep financial processes structured, predictable, and under control.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Events &amp; team experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organize office events and team activities (both internal and outdoor).</li> <li>Support company-wide events locally in collaboration with the Talent team.</li> <li>Build and maintain a reliable network of event vendors.</li> <li>Track event budgets and ensure efficient spend.</li> <li>Collect feedback after events and turn it into actionable improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-team support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support travel coordination processes when needed.</li> <li>Help the Talent team with occasional operational tasks (merch, gifts, logistics).</li> <li>Partner with internal stakeholders to keep office-related processes aligned.</li> <li>Be the go-to person for anything related to office operations.</li> </ul> <h2>What makes you a GR8 fit</h2> <p><strong>Must-have</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in office management or a similar operational role.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple things at once.</li> <li>Confident communication with different stakeholders and vendors.</li> <li>Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them.</li> <li>Comfortable working with budgets, numbers, and Excel.</li> <li>Upper-Intermediate English or higher.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with 1C and/or HiBob.</li> <li>Experience organizing corporate events or team activities.</li> <li>Experience working in an international or fast-paced environment.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2 data-renderer-start-pos="906"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Why you’ll love working here:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p data-renderer-start-pos="958"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Benefits Cafeteria</strong> — annual budget you allocate to:</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1011">Sports • Medical • Mental health • Home office • Languages.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1072"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Work-life &amp; support</strong></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1095">Paid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1160">20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1224">Remote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1281">Team events (online/offline/offsite).</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1322">Learning culture with internal courses + growth programs.</li> </ul> <h2 data-renderer-start-pos="1383"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Our culture &amp; core values:</strong></h2> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1411">GR8_TECH culture is how we win — through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset.
