- Support recurring happy hours and themed celebrations (logistics and setup).
- Provide on-the-ground support for larger annual events (summer party, holiday party) led by the events owner.
- Bring creative ideas for connecting people - small moments of fun and joy that make the office somewhere people genuinely want to be! Think boba runs, happy hours, ice cream socials, the list goes on!
- Day-to-day coordination with office vendors - Forkable, canteen/snacks, and Ambius (cleaning, plants, water).
- Track vendor invoices and route approvals; support monthly SF office budget tracking with Finance.
- Coordinate SF new-hire first-day welcome and desk/equipment setup with IT.
- Support equipment return and personal-items handling for departures.
