About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our team at Talent-360.me.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain organized filing systems and handle administrative tasks.
- Supervise office staff and provide support as needed.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting and accounting tasks related to office expenditures.
- Support management with various projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is preferable.
- Experience in managing office budgets and supplies.
- Positive attitude and professionalism in handling office responsibilities.
