We are looking for an Office Manager (Front Desk & Admin) for our TLV office

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the office’s front desk, including handling visitors, vendors, and couriers.

  • Handle office logistics needs and maintenance tasks, including cafeteria operations, office equipment and supplies, cleaning services, etc.

  • Provide administrative assistance to employees and senior managers.

  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks.

  • Support the recruiting team by handling administrative tasks.

  • Work from the office 5 days a week.

What Will You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook – a must.

  • Strong technological orientation.

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, positive, and service-oriented approach.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

  • High energy and motivation, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in a hi-tech or business environment – an advantage.

  • Experience working with Canva – an advantage.
