Location: Dubai Office
Role Summary:
Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Shalwa, Parker’s, Kumo, Somewhere, and Public.
Independent is for ambitious people who want to advance in their careers, and we are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO/Office Manager to work closely with the COO and manage the day-to-day execution of priorities. This role goes beyond traditional PA responsibilities and focuses on driving follow-through, structure, and accountability across meetings, projects, and initiatives.
- Manage the COO’s daily workflow, priorities, projects, and follow-ups
- Ensure meeting actions, decisions, and deliverables are tracked and executed
- Coordinate project agendas, timelines, and cross-functional inputs
- Act as a central point of coordination for the CEO’s office
- Proactively flag risks, delays, and misalignment
- Maintain structure, documentation, and operational discipline
- Ability to coordinate cross-departmental activities, initiatives, and projects
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Experience in PMO, office management, operations, or similar roles
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders/founders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace
