A leading global enterprise technology company is looking to hire an Office Operations & Employee Engagement Manager to oversee workplace operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, manage vendors, and support cross-functional business projects.

Requirements

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline) from a recognised university — mandatory.
  • 3–4 years of experience in office management, operations, executive support, or a related coordination role.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, event execution, or employee engagement activities.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional or strategic project coordination is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and workplace operations
  • Coordinate facilities, office supplies, documentation, and employee support requirements
  • Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistics for internal stakeholders and visitors

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, town halls, and team-building activities
  • Manage end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and communications
  • Track participation and engagement metrics
  • Contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Vendor Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across facilities, events, travel, and office services
  • Negotiate commercials and monitor service quality
  • Coordinate invoicing and payment processes
  • Maintain vendor performance and renewal records

Strategic Project Coordination

  • Support leadership-driven projects across business functions
  • Create project plans, track milestones, and coordinate stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates and ensure timely execution of deliverables

Key Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Stakeholder and vendor management experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
